Refund Policy
1. Overview
INTI ÑAN provides digital products and services that are personalized and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of these products, our refund policy is limited. We aim to be fair in all circumstances.
Because you receive the first four chapters of your Karpay free of charge before any purchase, you can evaluate the quality and depth of your personalized content before deciding to complete your initiation. This preview-first model means purchases are made with full information.
2. Free Services
All free assessments, guides, and the free portion of the Karpay initiation (Chapters 1–4) are provided at no cost. No refund applies.
3. Karpay Initiation ($49)
The Karpay Initiation delivers a complete 11-chapter personalized pathway report to your dashboard and registered email address.
Refund eligibility:

Because your Karpay is generated specifically for you based on your unique assessment responses, refunds are not available once the report has been delivered.
Definition of delivery: Your Karpay is considered delivered when your dashboard access is activated and the confirmation email is successfully transmitted to the address you provided. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your spam folder. If delivery fails due to an invalid address, contact us within 24 hours for redelivery.
If you have not received your Karpay within 24 hours, contact us at support@theintinan.com and we will resolve the issue promptly — either by redelivering your report or providing a full refund.
4. Pathway Comparisons ($129 / $189 / $249)
Pathway Comparison reports analyze the dynamics between 2, 3, or 4 individual pathways. Each Comparison purchase includes one complimentary full Karpay Initiation for your comparison partner.

These reports are personalized and generated on demand. Refunds are not available once the report has been delivered.
Complimentary Karpay gift link: Each Comparison purchase generates a unique, single-use redemption link for your partner’s free Karpay. This link is valid for 90 days, cannot be duplicated or reused, and is tied exclusively to your purchase transaction. If your Comparison purchase is refunded, any unredeemed gift link is immediately invalidated. If the link has already been redeemed, access may be revoked at our discretion in the event of fraudulent or disputed transactions. Replacement links may be issued for verified support cases such as non-delivery or technical failure — contact support@theintinan.com.
5. INTI ÑAN Academy ($397)
The Academy is a 19-module personal development program delivered digitally across three worlds. Academy purchase includes four complimentary Karpay Initiations to gift and one complimentary Pathway Comparison.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction window so you can explore the Academy through the end of Module 2. If you request a refund within 30 days and have not yet started Module 3, we will provide a full refund — no questions asked. Starting Module 3 constitutes acceptance that the sale is final.
Complimentary gift links: Academy purchase generates four unique, single-use Karpay redemption links and one Comparison credit. Each link is cryptographically unique, valid for 90 days from date of issue, and tied exclusively to your purchase transaction. Links cannot be duplicated, reused, or transferred once redeemed. If your Academy purchase is refunded within the eligible window, all unredeemed gift links are immediately invalidated and any Comparison credit is revoked. Already-redeemed gifts may also be revoked at our discretion in the event of fraudulent or disputed transactions. 6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@theintinan.com with:
- Your name
- The email address used for purchase
- The product purchased
- Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)
We will respond within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first at support@theintinan.com. Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting us may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account
- Loss of access to all purchased content
- Potential collection action for fraudulent chargebacks
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
8. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds or credits outside of this policy in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Serious technical failures on our end
- Duplicate charges
- Medical or personal emergencies (documentation may be required)
These exceptions are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
