The Nina Qhapaq Pathway

Type 1 The PerfectionistKing SoulEnergy Healing

You carry sovereign fire - a king whose flames purify through sheer vital force.

Two things pull in you at once. The first is the standard you hold for how things should be, precise and unyielding. The second is a force that moves before you decide anything, a physical signal that arrives in your chest or your hands before your reasoning catches up. You have learned to live inside that tension. And what you build from it is the thing other people call presence.

About INTI NAN

INTI NAN is a self-discovery framework grounded in Andean Q'ero cosmology. It maps three dimensions of who you are: the Enneagram type that shapes how you act in the world, the Soul Type that names why you came, and the Healing Path that names how you return to wholeness. The convergence of one of each produces 189 unique pathways. This is one of them.

About the Name

Nina means fire in Quechua; Qhapaq names the sovereign, the one who holds power rightly. This pathway takes that pairing because the convergence of King Soul, Type 1 precision, and Energy Healing produces exactly that: a clarifying fire that does not destroy but burns away what obscures. The name points to authority that comes from vital force, not from rank.

How This Pathway Shows Up

You correct the room without raising your voice, and the room knows it.

The behavior that marks this pathway is not the correction itself. It is the speed at which you register that something is off, and the steadiness with which you stay there until it is right. The recognition is not loud. But it is unmistakable.

  • In a meeting where the agenda drifts, you are the one who names exactly what has been left out. You do not grandstand. You simply say what is true, and the conversation reorganizes around it.
  • At a dinner table, someone states something as fact that is not quite right. You let two beats pass, then give the actual version. You do not soften it, but you do not sharpen it either.
  • When a project lands on your desk in rough shape, you do not complain about the state of it. You sit down and work through every section until the errors are gone. You leave when it is done.
  • Your hands know something is wrong before your head names it. You pick up a document, and something in the weight of it tells you to read more carefully. You find the problem on page four.
  • When someone asks for your honest read, they receive it. Not cruelty. But the full version. Afterward, they return and say you were the only one who told them.

The Three Worlds Within You

INTI NAN maps three dimensions: who you are now (Kay Pacha, Enneagram), why you came (Hanan Pacha, Soul Type), how you heal (Ukhu Pacha, Healing). Your pathway is the convergence of one of each.

Guardian Puma · This World · Type 1

The Standard That Holds

Puma reads the gap between what is and what should be.

Type 1 operates from an internal reference point that does not negotiate. The Perfectionist's attention moves immediately to what is incomplete, misaligned, or off by a degree. This pathway lives that pattern with the particular weight of sovereign authority behind it: the standard is not a preference, it is a structural requirement. Puma, the guardian of Kay Pacha, embodies this grounded, territorial precision. The correction is issued because the wrong thing cannot stand. The enforcement is not personal. It is functional.

Guardian Kuntur · Upper World · King Soul

Authority Earned by Presence

Kuntur sees the field, and the King Soul orders it without grasping.

The King Soul carries a natural orientation toward the whole. It reads the room as a system, notices what is out of place at the level of structure, and moves to restore the field rather than advance a personal agenda. Kuntur, the guardian of Hanan Pacha, holds this wide view. In this pathway, the King Soul does not impose order to demonstrate power. It restores order because disorder is genuinely costly. The sovereign quality is expressed as a willingness to take the difficult position that others will not hold.

Guardian Amaru · Inner World · Energy Healing

The Body Knows First

Amaru routes discernment through the body before the mind catches it.

Energy Healing works at the level of the body's own intelligence. The shift registers in the chest, the gut, or the hands before it is named by language. Amaru, the guardian of Ukhu Pacha, moves in this territory. For this pathway, that means the return to wholeness is not primarily a cognitive process. A tension in the shoulders signals that something in the environment is misaligned. A lightness in the chest signals that the right course has been chosen. The body is not a secondary signal. It is the primary one.

When King Soul, Type 1, and Energy Healing converge, the result is a pathway that holds standards not as rules but as felt coordinates. The sovereign quality gives this pathway the range to see the whole field. The Perfectionist quality gives it the precision to identify exactly what is wrong. Energy Healing gives it a pre-verbal register for both. The three together produce someone who can walk into a broken situation, know instantly where the fault line is, and begin restoring order with a composure that the room experiences as steadying rather than demanding.

In Your Life

In Love

You do not offer comfort by agreeing. A partner in distress gets your full attention and, eventually, your honest read of what is actually happening. The body-level awareness that runs through this pathway means you often sense the difficulty before they have named it. The partnership works when they want the truth alongside the care. It struggles when they need the care without the correction.

At Work

You are the person who finds the error in the final draft at 9 p.m. and fixes it. Not because you were asked to stay, but because the wrong version cannot go out. The sovereign quality means you can issue that correction from a position of calm authority rather than complaint. Teams learn to bring you the hard problems, because you read the structural fault quickly and stay with it until the answer holds.

In Family

At the family table, you are the one who does not let the comfortable fiction stand unchallenged. You say the thing others are navigating around. This is not always welcome. But when the family faces a genuine difficulty, you are also the one who names what needs to happen and holds that position steadily until it does. The friction and the steadiness come from the same place.

In Friendship

Close friends know you will tell them what is true. That reputation is earned slowly. Early on, people can read you as hard to satisfy. Over time, the ones who stay understand that your accuracy about what is wrong comes paired with an equal accuracy about what is right. When you tell a friend their work is good, they believe it. Because you would have said otherwise.

What Sets This Apart

The correction lands in the body before this pathway can explain it in words.

All three of the King Soul / Type 1 pathways carry sovereign authority and a structural eye for what has gone wrong. What separates them is how transformation arrives and from which direction it comes. This pathway does not begin with pattern recognition or environmental adjustment. It begins with a physical signal that precedes the reasoning.

The Nina Qhapaq holds the standard and enforces it through a physical intelligence that other King / Type 1 pathways access only after analysis.

Soul + Type sibling
The Standard Bearer

The Standard Bearer works by making the repeating pattern visible. Recognition is the mechanism: once the loop is seen clearly, it releases. This pathway does not wait for pattern recognition. The body has already registered the misalignment. The Standard Bearer arrives at the correction through accumulated evidence. This pathway arrives through direct physical signal and then finds the evidence to match it.

Soul + Healing sibling
The Benevolent Ruler

The Benevolent Ruler shares the King Soul and Energy Healing, but the Type 2 foundation routes that energy through responsiveness to others' needs. Giving is the mechanism; the sovereign restores order by supplying what is missing for the people around them. This pathway's mechanism is different: the standard is the organizing force, and the body's signal is the navigation system. Generosity follows precision, rather than preceding it.

Type + Healing sibling
The Sacred Spring

The Sacred Spring shares Type 1 and Energy Healing, but the Server Soul orients it toward tending others and sustaining the conditions that allow life to continue. The correction it offers is usually quiet, offered in service of the group. This pathway's King Soul gives it wider structural range and more explicit authority. It does not tend the system from the edges. It moves to the center and addresses the fault directly.

What You Carry

Gifts

Structural precision

You identify what is wrong at the level of form, not just surface. The error others miss because it requires seeing the whole blueprint is the one you find first.

Sovereign steadiness

When a situation deteriorates, you do not deteriorate with it. You hold your position and the room anchors to you. That steadiness is not performed. It comes from the King Soul's orientation toward the field as something worth protecting.

Pre-verbal discernment

Where others need to reason their way to a read on a situation, your body has already delivered a preliminary verdict. That somatic signal, sharpened by Energy Healing, means your accuracy in difficult moments is faster than your explanations suggest.

Friction

Relentless internal pressure

The standard you hold for the world operates on yourself first. The correction that looks calm from outside is often running hot internally. You rarely let yourself be as done with something as you appear.

The authority gap

The King Soul carries a natural expectation that its read of a situation will be accepted. When it is not, or when a group moves away from what you know to be right, the resulting friction can run harder than you show.

Impatience with ambiguity

The body-level signal arrives early and clearly. What takes longer is everyone else arriving at the same conclusion. That gap, between what you already know and what the room is still working through, is uncomfortable and shows.

Where This Goes

The fire that corrects learns, over time, to also reveal what is already whole.

At the start, this pathway is most recognizable for what it catches and what it fixes. The standards are high, the corrections are fast, and the room often reorganizes around whoever is holding this combination.
But the trajectory of the Nina Qhapaq 189 Pathways™ leads somewhere specific: toward a version of authority that does not only name what is wrong, but recognizes and names what is already right. That shift is quieter, but it is the more powerful one.

  • You begin trusting the body signal even when you cannot yet explain it to the room. You act on it first and build the case second. The accuracy rate earns that trust over time.
  • The standard turns outward less and inward less. You apply it to what is actually in front of you, rather than to every surface in reach. The precision concentrates and becomes more effective.
  • You notice when a situation does not need correction. You let it stand. That discernment, knowing when to step back, becomes the clearest expression of sovereign authority this pathway carries.

Questions

How does this pathway handle conflict?

Directly, and with precision. The King Soul does not seek conflict, but the Type 1 foundation means that misalignment is genuinely hard to ignore. Energy Healing keeps the engagement from turning cold or punishing. The correction is issued from a steady base, not from escalation.

How does this pathway grow over time?

The early version is fastest with what is wrong. The later version develops equal speed for what is right. The shift happens as the body signal matures from a fault-finder to a fuller instrument. What is sound registers just as clearly as what is broken. That range is where the King Soul's authority fully arrives.

What is the most common misread?

People read this pathway as demanding or hard to satisfy. They see the precision and miss the steady warmth behind it. The correction is not personal; it is structural. When that is understood, the relationship shifts. The people who have been around this pathway long enough know the difference.

What does living this pathway well look like in daily life?

It looks like someone who speaks plainly about what is wrong, then returns to the actual work. There is no prolonged complaint. The body signal lands, the assessment follows quickly, the action begins. The room does not feel managed. It feels addressed. That economy is what this pathway at its best produces.

What is the question someone on this pathway should be sitting with at this stage of life?

The question you are sitting with is: where am I spending sovereign authority on a standard that no longer needs defending? The King Soul's attention is a finite resource. At this stage, the question is about deployment, not about whether the standard is right.

Can someone carry the Nina Qhapaq pathway with different Enneagram wings?

With Type 1 wing 9, the authority is quieter, more patient, and the corrections arrive with less visible urgency. The body signal still runs fast, but the expression is more measured. With Type 1 wing 2, the standards become relational. The correction is issued because the situation is failing the people in it, and that motivation shows in how the feedback lands.

What is Energy Healing and how does it connect to the Enneagram of this pathway?

Energy Healing works by attending to the body's own signal system: what is tight, what releases, what shifts when the environment changes. It does not begin with narrative or pattern. For Type 1, whose inner critic runs constantly, Energy Healing offers a different route back: not through re-examination of the standard, but through what the body registers when the standard is met.
