Energy Healing Guide

Some people feel rooms shift before anyone speaks. Some people carry other people’s stress home in their body. If that is you, this explains why.

What Energy Healing Actually Means

Energy healing is not a practice you adopt. It is a description of how you already process the world.

People with the Energy healing dimension transform through their physical body. They feel decisions before they think them. They know a room has shifted before anyone says a word. They carry certain people home in their body in ways they cannot fully explain, and they have learned – sometimes reluctantly – to trust what their body registers as real information.

This is not a gift you develop. It is a channel you were born with. The question is whether you have learned to work with it deliberately, or whether you are still treating your body’s signals as noise to be filtered out.

One Dimension, Four Expressions

Energy healing is the category. Within it are four distinct expressions – Chakra Work, Pranic Healing, Aura and Energy Field Work, and Reiki. Each describes a different way the energy intelligence operates. The free test identifies which one is primary for you.

In the INTI NAN system, every person walks one of 189 pathways defined by three dimensions: their Enneagram type, their Soul Type, and their healing dimension. The healing dimension is where Ukhu Pacha – the lower world, the serpent’s territory – shapes your specific path. Energy is one of three possible dimensions in that world, and within Energy, one of four types is yours.

The Four Types of Energy Healing

Energy healing describes the broad dimension – transformation through the body and its intelligence. Within that dimension, four distinct expressions exist. They share the same fundamental orientation but operate through different mechanisms. The test identifies which is primary for you.

Energy Type 01

Chakra Work

Your energy intelligence is anatomically specific. You do not just feel depleted – you feel it in a particular place. The throat that closes before a conversation you cannot speak freely in. The chest that tightens when something threatens what you love. The solar plexus that fires when your boundaries are crossed. These locations are not metaphors. They are data. Chakra Work is the systematic understanding of that anatomy – seven primary centres, each governing a domain of experience, each capable of blockage, imbalance, or clear flow. Within the 189 pathways, Chakra types who combine this dimension with different Enneagram and Soul types walk named paths like The Sacred Geometrist, The Temple Architect, and The Light Decoder.

Core Focus
Energy centres, blockage locations, flow between specific points
Recognition Signal
You map where stress lands – and it is never random

Energy Type 02

Pranic Healing

Your energy intelligence tracks vitality as a whole-system resource. Not where the energy is blocked, but whether you have enough of it – and where it is going. Prana is life force: the charge that runs through everything living. You know the difference between being tired and being depleted at a deeper level. You track what fills you and what leaks you with an accuracy most people do not have. Pranic Healing works with this life force directly – building it, directing it, clearing what has stagnated, restoring what has run low. Pranic types in the 189-pathway system include paths like The Sacred Spring, The Quiet Reservoir, and The Radiant Servant – each shaped by the Enneagram and Soul Type layered on top.

Core Focus
Life force levels, depletion and charge cycles, vitality as a managed resource
Recognition Signal
You track energy like others track time – always aware of the balance

Energy Type 03

Aura and Energy Field Work

Your energy intelligence operates at the boundary between you and everything around you. You absorb what is in your environment before you have consciously processed it – other people’s emotional states, the residual energy of spaces, the quality of a room before anything has been said. Your field is permeable. This is not emotional sensitivity. It is energetic permeability. The aura is the field that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body – and for people with this primary expression, working with that field directly is how clarity, protection, and restoration happen. Named paths within this type include The Sanctuary Builder, The Shield Bearer, and The Loyal Guardian.

Core Focus
Energetic boundaries, field permeability, what you absorb from environments and people
Recognition Signal
What you feel is not always yours – and you have always known this

Energy Type 04

Reiki and Hands-On Healing

Your energy intelligence runs outward – through you to others. You have felt heat or current in your hands around people who are in pain or distress. You have noticed that your presence does something in a room – people settle, things shift, the quality of the space changes. Reiki is a specific lineage and framework for this transmission – the channeling of universal life energy through the hands. But the orientation itself came before any training. You are a conduit. Your development is about becoming a cleaner, steadier channel for what already wants to move through you. Reiki types in the pathway system include The Divine Mother Channel, The Chakana Bridge, and The Mystic Heart – each distinct because of the Enneagram type and Soul Type that shape how the transmission moves.

Core Focus
Transmission through presence and touch, channeling rather than generating
Recognition Signal
Healing energy moves through you, not from you

What It Looks Like in Daily Life

Across all four types, Energy-dimension people share a common thread: physical sensation arrives before conscious understanding. The body registers before the mind catches up. What differs is where that intelligence is most active.

  • Chakra types notice location. The same stress always lands in the same place – throat before difficult conversations, chest after emotional difficulty, gut when something is wrong before anyone has said so.
  • Pranic types track charge and depletion as a whole-system resource. Some people fill them before saying a word. Some environments drain them before they have done anything. They manage life force the way others manage time.
  • Aura types absorb their environment. They walk into a room carrying nothing and leave carrying something that was not theirs. They know whether a space is clean or whether something is off – and they feel it physically, not just emotionally.
  • Reiki types feel heat or current in their hands around people in pain or distress. Their presence does something – people settle, the quality of the space shifts. They have always done this instinctively, whether or not they have ever named it.

No belief required

None of this requires a belief in anything metaphysical. The body’s response to threat, safety, depletion, and charge is measurable physiology. What makes the Energy dimension distinct is not that you feel things – everyone does – but that physical sensation is your primary intelligence system, not a secondary signal.

The Shadow Side

Every type has a shadow – the place where its strength becomes a limitation. Across all four Energy types, the shadow takes a specific form for each.

Chakra Work shadow: The precision becomes a trap. You can map the blockage exactly, name the centre, understand what it corresponds to – and still not shift it. Intellectual mastery of the energy anatomy becomes a substitute for actually moving through the stuck place. Understanding the throat chakra is not the same as speaking.

Pranic Healing shadow: Constant resource management becomes vigilance. You become so focused on what depletes you and what charges you that engagement itself feels like a threat to your reserves. The careful management of life force becomes a reason to stay managed – contained, protected, available only on your own terms.

Aura and Energy Field shadow: Permeability becomes an identity. Your sensitivity is real. It also becomes a reason not to engage with anything that might disturb your field. Clearing and protecting your aura is necessary maintenance – until it becomes the primary activity, and engagement with the world that requires your sensitivity is avoided in the name of protecting it.

Reiki shadow: Giving becomes a way of not receiving. The conduit orientation – energy moves through you to others – can quietly become a means of staying in the helper role permanently. You are most comfortable when the healing is flowing outward. Turning that same attention toward your own wounds requires a different posture than most Reiki types find natural.

The Common Thread

Across all four types, the Energy shadow involves using the dimension’s gift as a way to avoid something. The body’s intelligence is real. It also carries fear, old patterns, and other people’s stress. The task is working with all of that – not trusting it blindly or dismissing it when it is inconvenient.

Energy Healing in the Three Worlds

Ukhu Pacha – the lower world of the INTI NAN system – is the serpent’s territory. It maps the part of experience that moves beneath the surface: the unconscious patterns, the body’s intelligence, the transformation that happens below the level of conscious decision.

Energy is one of three dimensions that Ukhu Pacha can take. The other two – Karmic and Shamanic – describe people who transform through different mechanisms. Karmic people transform by seeing patterns clearly. Shamanic people transform through their relationship with environment and rhythm. Energy people transform through the body.

Body First
Transformation runs through physical sensation and somatic intelligence
Karmic
Pattern First
Transformation runs through recognition – seeing what has been repeating
Shamanic
Environment First
Transformation runs through environment, rhythm, and the living world

Your healing dimension is one-third of your pathway. The other two dimensions – your Enneagram type (Kay Pacha, the puma’s world) and your Soul Type (Hanan Pacha, the condor’s world) – shape how the Energy dimension expresses specifically in your life. Someone who is an Enneagram 8 with a King Soul Type and Energy healing walks a fundamentally different path than an Enneagram 4 with a Scholar Soul Type and Energy healing, even though both share the same healing dimension.

That convergence – the specific combination of all three – is what the Karpay identifies and names.

Your Next Steps

The free test identifies which of the four types is primary for you – Chakra Work, Pranic Healing, Aura and Energy Field Work, or Reiki. That result tells you how your Energy dimension operates. Your Enneagram type and Soul Type determine how that energy expression shapes your specific path through the three worlds.

The Karpay maps your Enneagram type, your Soul Type, and your healing dimension into a single named pathway – one of 189. That is where the precision lives.
