1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the INTI ÑAN website (theintinan.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using INTI ÑAN, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Services Offered

INTI ÑAN provides spiritual assessment and personal development services, including:

Free Services:

• Nine assessment tests across three worlds (Soul Type, Enneagram, Healing Pathway)
• Associated guides and educational content
• The Qallariy navigator assessment
• Sections 1–4 of the Karpay Initiation (free preview)

Paid Services:

• Karpay Initiation ($49 USD) — A comprehensive 11-chapter pathway report integrating all three dimensions, delivered via your secure dashboard
• Pathway Comparisons — Analysis of pathway dynamics between 2, 3, or 4 individuals ($129 / $189 / $249 USD)
• INTI ÑAN Academy ($397 USD) — A 19-module in-depth personal development program

Purchase Bonuses:

• Pathway Comparison — Each purchase includes one complimentary full Karpay Initiation issued as a unique redemption link. The recipient completes the free Karpay assessment and the link unlocks their paid report automatically. No existing account is required to redeem. Each link is cryptographically unique, single-use, valid for 90 days from date of issue, and tied exclusively to the originating transaction.
• INTI ÑAN Academy — Includes four complimentary Karpay redemption links to gift freely, plus one complimentary Pathway Comparison credit applied to your account. Each Karpay link carries the same single-use, 90-day, and non-transferable conditions as above. The Comparison credit has no expiry and may be used at any time.

All gift links and credits are tied to the originating purchase transaction and cannot be duplicated, reused once redeemed, or extended beyond their stated validity period except at our sole discretion for verified support cases. If a purchase is refunded, all associated unredeemed links are immediately invalidated. Replacement links may be issued by our support team for verified cases of non-delivery or technical failure and carry the same single-use and expiry conditions as the original. All prices are in US dollars and subject to change. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by our payment processor based on your location.

4. Accounts and Authentication

When you complete the Karpay initiation, an account is created using the email address you provide. You will receive access via a secure magic link sent to your email — no password is required.

You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address you control
• Maintaining the security of your email account
• All activity that occurs through your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access at support@theintinan.com

We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your email account.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy (primary) or alternative processors as indicated at checkout. Inti Ñan Holdings S.A. does not store, transmit, or have access to your payment card details. All payment data is handled exclusively by our payment processor, which maintains PCI DSS compliance and manages applicable sales tax collection and remittance on our behalf.

By making a purchase, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The billing information you provide is accurate and complete

All sales are final upon delivery of digital content, subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content:
All content on INTI ÑAN — including but not limited to text, graphics, the 189 proprietary pathway names, assessment frameworks, the 189 Pathways system, Karpay reports, Academy materials, and website design — is the exclusive property of Inti Ñan Holdings S.A. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws across all relevant jurisdictions.

AI-Generated Content:
Your personalized Karpay reports, Academy modules, and Pathway Comparisons are generated using artificial intelligence technology directed by our proprietary prompt architecture and content frameworks. All such generated content is owned by Inti Ñan Holdings S.A. and licensed to you for personal use only. You may not use any INTI ÑAN content — in whole or in part — to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.

Your Responses:
You retain ownership of the personal information and assessment responses you provide. By submitting this information, you grant Inti Ñan Holdings S.A. a limited, non-exclusive license to use your responses solely to generate your personalized content and improve our services.

Personal License:
The Karpay reports, pathway analyses, and other personalized content we generate for you are licensed to you on a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial basis for your own self-development purposes only.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any INTI ÑAN content without prior written permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from our services
• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your Karpay reports, Academy materials, or Pathway Comparisons
• Use any INTI ÑAN content to train, fine-tune, or build artificial intelligence or machine learning models
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose in any jurisdiction
• Attempt to interfere with or circumvent the security or proper functioning of the website
• Create derivative works based on our proprietary frameworks, pathway system, or naming architecture

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The INTI ÑAN pathway system is a proprietary framework for self-reflection and personal growth. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as clinical assessment or professional guidance. Pathway descriptions are intended to support reflection and should be understood as frameworks for exploration, not definitive diagnoses or prescriptions.

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from using our assessments or programs. Individual results vary. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inti Ñan Holdings S.A. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services
• Any decisions made in reliance on our content or assessments

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inti Ñan Holdings S.A. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through our platform

11. International Users

INTI ÑAN serves users globally. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including Panama and the United States, where our service providers operate.

Canadian Users (PIPEDA): We comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. Contact privacy@theintinan.com to exercise these rights.

EEA / UK Users (GDPR / UK GDPR): Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on your rights and the legal bases under which we process your data.

12. Modifications to Terms

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Panama City, Panama, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje de Panamá (CAP). You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information pending arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inti Ñan Holdings S.A. regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
