The Medicine Bringer Pathway

Type 3 The AchieverServer SoulShamanic Healing

You bring healing gifts from the spirit world and make them accessible to those who need them most.

Some people keep what works for themselves. You don't. When you find something that actually helps, your first instinct is to figure out who else needs it and how to get it to them. The discovery is only half the point. The distribution is the other half, and that half is where you live.

About INTI NAN

INTI NAN is a self-discovery framework grounded in Andean Q'ero cosmology. It maps three dimensions of who you are: the Enneagram type that shapes how you act in the world, the Soul Type that names why you came, and the Healing Path that names how you return to wholeness. The convergence of one of each produces 189 unique pathways. This is one of them.

About the Name

The Medicine Bringer names the movement this pathway makes: from source to those who need it. In Q'ero tradition, medicine moves through people, not to them. The Uywaq soul (Server) carries things toward others. Type 3 makes access real, not theoretical. Shamanic Healing opens the channel between worlds. Together, they name a carrier of what actually works.

How This Pathway Shows Up

You have never been the person who finds something good and keeps quiet about it.

Recognition comes in the moment after you have absorbed something valuable. Your attention doesn't stay on the thing itself. It moves immediately to the room, the group, the person down the hall who has been stuck for months. The intelligence is real. The reflex to move it outward is faster.

  • In a staff meeting, someone mentions a tool that changed how they work. You spend the next ten minutes thinking about which three people in the building need to hear this, and you message them before lunch.
  • A friend tells you about a practitioner who helped them in ways they hadn't expected. You ask for the contact information not only for yourself but because you already have two people in mind who have been looking.
  • You walk into a room where something is stuck and start rearranging the conditions. You move the chairs. You change who is speaking to whom. The room feels different by the time you are done.
  • You do not finish a book, a course, or a conversation the same way you started it. By the end you have already sorted what is useful from what isn't, and you know exactly who needs the useful part.
  • When someone asks you what you have been working on, your answer almost always includes someone else. You describe what helped you in terms of who you gave it to next.

The Three Worlds Within You

INTI NAN maps three dimensions: who you are now (Kay Pacha, Enneagram), why you came (Hanan Pacha, Soul Type), how you heal (Ukhu Pacha, Healing). Your pathway is the convergence of one of each.

Guardian Puma · This World · Type 3

The Achiever Who Delivers

The Type 3 pattern is less about acclaim and more about reach.

Type 3 in this pathway is less interested in being recognized as effective than in being demonstrably useful. The Achiever's drive to produce results gets redirected into delivery: not what was built, but who received it. The efficiency instinct, which in other Type 3 expressions serves the self, here serves the pipeline. Puma tracks what is working. The skill is logistical more than performative, and it shows up in the speed at which this pathway converts insight into action on behalf of others.

Guardian Kuntur · Upper World · Server Soul

The Uywaq Carrier

The Server soul does not wait to be asked before moving toward what is needed.

The Uywaq soul is organized around service as a primary orientation, not a personality choice. This pathway does not serve because it was taught to or because it earns approval. It serves because its attention moves naturally toward what is needed and who is asking. Kuntur sees from altitude. The Uywaq expression in this pathway means the Server notices the gap between what exists and who needs it, then moves to close that gap. The motion is consistent and does not depend on being thanked.

Guardian Amaru · Inner World · Shamanic Healing

The Shamanic Channel

Shamanic Healing works by moving between what is visible and what is not.

Shamanic Healing in this pathway operates as translation. What comes through the deeper channel, below ordinary awareness, gets rendered into something usable and passed to those who need it. Amaru works in the body and below it. The Shamanic approach is not about individual insight kept private. It is about receiving what is available at the level of root and bone, then bringing it back up and out. This pathway is built for that movement: downward to receive, then outward to distribute.

The Server soul ensures the movement is toward others. Type 3 ensures that movement is effective and legible, not just well-intentioned. Shamanic Healing ensures the source of what is being moved runs deeper than the surface. Together, they produce a pathway that doesn't just help people, it brings them access to something they couldn't find on their own. The capacity to enter deep channels, retrieve what is real, and make it available to ordinary life is this pathway's specific and irreplaceable contribution.

In Your Life

In Love

In close partnership, you love by solving. Not problems in the abstract, but the specific things your partner keeps running into. You notice what they've tried. You find the person, the approach, the resource they haven't tried yet. Your partner may sometimes wish you would stay with the feeling a little longer before moving to solutions. You are still learning to let the conversation land before you respond with what to do next.

At Work

At work you are the person who knows where to send people. A colleague hits a wall on a project and you already have two names in mind. You are equally effective at reading what a team is missing and at finding whoever fills that gap. The risk is that you carry the distribution load alone, because few people around you operate at the same speed between noticing and acting.

In Family

In family, you are the one who researches the specialist, finds the program, locates the better path forward. When something isn't working for a family member, your attention moves immediately to what will. The friction comes when the person you are helping needs to find the answer themselves, not have it handed to them. You are still learning when to bring the medicine and when to point toward it.

In Friendship

With friends, you are the connector. You hear what one friend is struggling with and you already know which other friend lived through exactly that. You make introductions. You send articles that land with uncanny precision. Friends learn quickly that you pay attention, and they trust that when you send something, it is specific to them, not broadcast to everyone in your contacts.

What Sets This Apart

Three pathways carry the same soul and type. Only one brings the medicine from underground.

The 189 Pathways™ framework includes three pathways built on the same Server soul and Type 3 foundation. Each moves toward service with the same efficiency instinct. What separates this one is its source and its direction. The channel runs deeper, and the movement is outward first.

What this convergence produces is a carrier: someone who retrieves from depth and distributes to width, without keeping the middle portion for long.

Soul + Type sibling
The Legacy Weaver

The Legacy Weaver works with what has already accumulated. It reads repeating patterns across time and surfaces what needs to be seen before it can release. This pathway does not read backward. It moves forward, taking what it has retrieved from depth and distributing it into the present. The Legacy Weaver audits the past. The Medicine Bringer delivers to the now.

Soul + Healing sibling
The Heart Paqo

The Heart Paqo and this pathway both carry the Server soul and Shamanic approach. The difference is the Type. Type 2 in the Heart Paqo means the giving is relational, attuned to emotional reception, centered on the specific person in front of it. Type 3 here means the giving is logistical and scalable. The Heart Paqo deepens the relationship. This pathway widens the reach.

Type + Healing sibling
The Spirit Researcher

The Spirit Researcher carries the Scholar soul, which means it investigates depth for the sake of understanding it. This pathway carries the Server soul, which means depth is only interesting insofar as it can be retrieved and handed to someone else. The Spirit Researcher maps the territory. The Medicine Bringer moves the supply.

What You Carry

Gifts

Access Creation

You find the resource, the contact, the approach that others could not locate. Your efficiency applies specifically to the gap between what someone needs and what they currently have. You close that gap faster than most.

Depth Made Usable

The Shamanic channel and Server soul together produce something specific: you receive from a place most people can't reach and return with something anyone can use. Depth doesn't stay private here. It becomes portable.

Logistical Generosity

Your generosity is not only emotional. It is organizational. You track who needs what. You remember the conversation from three months ago and send the thing at the moment it matters. The precision of your giving is part of the gift.

Friction

Moving Past the Moment

You convert so quickly from receiving to distributing that you sometimes skip the step of letting what arrived actually settle in you. You deliver before you have fully absorbed the medicine yourself.

Invisible Labor

The distribution work you carry is largely unseen. You are the connective tissue in many people's lives, but connective tissue does not get named. The effort goes unaccounted for, and over time that asymmetry accumulates.

When to Stop Bringing

You can arrive with medicine when the other person needs to find their own. The instinct to bring and deliver can outpace your read of whether this person needs access or needs to develop their own capacity to seek.

Where This Goes

The shift is not in how much you give. It is in what you let yourself receive first.

When this pathway is lived more consciously, the speed between receiving and distributing slows just enough. Not to stop the outward movement, which is real and belongs here.
But to let the medicine do its work in you before it moves through you. That pause is where depth becomes sustainable rather than depleting.

  • You deliver something and then stay present for the response, rather than already scanning for the next person who needs it.
  • You name the cost of the connective-tissue labor you carry, first to yourself and then to the people whose lives you are quietly holding together.
  • You arrive at a conversation with nothing to bring, and you let that be enough for the length of it.

Questions

How does The Medicine Bringer handle conflict?

Conflict gets converted into a problem to solve. The instinct is to find what's missing and supply it. This is effective when the conflict is logistical. It runs into trouble when the other person needs the conflict to be witnessed rather than fixed. The Server soul cares about the resolution, but the Type 3 pattern moves toward it faster than others are ready to go.

How does this pathway grow over time?

Growth looks like a widening gap between receiving and distributing. Early in life, the movement from depth to delivery is almost instantaneous. Over time, the pathway learns to let what it has retrieved from the Shamanic channel settle in the body before it moves outward. The Server soul stays; the urgency of the motion shifts.

How are people on this pathway most commonly misunderstood?

People often read the efficiency as indifference. Because this pathway moves quickly from listening to acting, others can feel like the listening was cursory. The opposite is true: the speed of the response is the proof of how closely they were attended to. The care is real; it just looks logistical from the outside.

What does living this pathway well look like in daily life?

It looks like someone who knows exactly who in their network needs what, and who acts on that knowledge without being asked. It also looks like someone who has learned to stay in a conversation after the useful thing has been said. The practice is staying present once the delivery is done.

What is the question someone on this pathway should be sitting with at this stage of life?

The question worth staying with is: what have I received recently that I have not yet let land in me? The medicine you bring to others is real. The question is whether you have taken any of it yourself, or whether you have been passing it forward before it could do its own work in you.

Can someone carry The Medicine Bringer pathway with different Enneagram wings?

With Type 3 wing 2, the delivery is warmer and more relational. The person reads emotional need alongside practical gaps and brings accordingly. With Type 3 wing 4, the channel runs deeper and more particular. The medicine they retrieve is often more unusual and harder to categorize, but when it lands, it lands with precision. Both distribute; the quality of what they carry differs.

What is Shamanic Healing and how does it connect to the Enneagram of this pathway?

Shamanic Healing works by moving attention into layers of experience below ordinary awareness, retrieving what is relevant, and returning it to the surface. It is not a mental exercise; it involves the body and the breath. For Type 3, whose instinct is to deliver results, Shamanic Healing adds a depth requirement: the results must come from somewhere real, not manufactured.
